This is an excellent place to dine! Very friendly staff! Food was delicious! Our waitress Jackie was so wonderful! I had to shake her hand, and thank her for treating my wife and I like we were royalty. She said thanks for the compliment we try to treat all our customers like that! Wonderful place!!
The service was bad, waitress never came back to our table to see if all was ok. The hash browns were cold and the poached eggs were undercooked. Had to go to main desk to get bill, waitress was helping others but totally avoided us.
Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Worst ketchup EVER!!!!! Get some real ketchup. Some that doesn't take like vinegar!! Ruined my whole meal!! Biscuts and gravy was cold AGAIN! Third time!! I wish we wouldn't have to stop here to eat when we go through Decatur!!
Pitiful , what a shame... , use to love to eat there , 8 years ago I moved to California and now I'm back...is just ridiculous , even looking at your plate makes you laugh , I'm not going to waist my time describing the dish...I'm going to wait another 8 years to go back , probably , lol...Richards used to meen plenty of delicious homemade cooking...what happened ? The salad bar is still the same...3 stars by twisting my own hand...
Very pleasant. Waitress appeared immediately, drinks came without delay, and food arrived quickly. Food was good and served warm. Dessert was prepared as requested and looked delicious.
