I called and ordered an "embarrassingly large" balloon bouquet for a family member's birthday, mostly latex balloons. The florist told me $30 would cover it. Total came to $35.85 with taxes and delivery... He got 10 balloons; 3 mylar and 7 latex. Imagine my disappointment! I called to see what happened, the florist only condolence was, "I guess I didn't communicate it to you very well."
Very disappointing customer service.
I won't be using them again.
