They are not very helpful. The store is unwelcoming.
One of the absolute WORST customer service experiences I have every had. Went in around 6:15 and when I left at 8:45 (the store closes at 8:00) one of my two phones was still not working. They gave me a customer service number to call Verizon. Went home and an hour and a half later on the phone, Verizon was able to fix everything. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Either call Verizon, or go to a Ft. Wayne store. Heath was the person "working" with us. He threw a fit because we used a coupon off of their own website. He claimed he did not know anything about the coupon. He stormed around complaining about the coupon for 4-5 minutes. He was very rude! He kept talking to someone else on his personal cell phone and texting back and forth on his personal cell phone. At one point he just walked away and went into the back room and was gone for over 5 minutes. No explanation. He did not explain any of the charges on my bill and just put it at the bottom of the bag. During the entire time, he seemed disinterested and acted as if we were a bother to him. He was very argumentative and disrespectful. He seemed rushed and as if he did not want to be there. Jessica was the other person working in the store. She was very nice and helpful to her customers. She tried to help Heath, but he rudely dismissed any advice she offered. I am warning friends and family about this store. The customer service was rude and disrespectful. There was a significant lack of care and knowledge in the staff.
