Secretaries were dumber then a box of rocks..They sceduled me on a day I said no to and When I called back to nicely reschedule.. They actually told me in a very rude tone to make my appointment again after I have my baby when I tried to move it..
Dentist and Hygenist were great!
They scheduled my husband and when I called two days before to confirm the appointment and to ask what he needed to bring, they told me nothing, all is good to go. So I called the day before and again asked what do I need to bring, they said nothing. The day of his appointment we got there right at 8, his appointment time. We had no paperwork to fill out, insurance or ID cards to submit, nothing. The waiting room was about half full. They took everyone before him, even the half dozen that came in 30 minutes after we did. They never acknowledged us, they never updated us as to what was going on, nothing. At 830 I finally went to the desk and asked what was going on. The receptionist told me that we just had to wait our turn. I told her his appointment was at 8 and she said, yeah I know, they know you're here. So at 845 finally we were all alone in the waiting room , they finally took us to a little corner room where they told us the insurance needed a pre-authorization for the dental work. I was furious. I asked the woman why they didn't tell us this on the day before or the two days before when I had called and asked if we were good to go to come in. She said she didn't know and was sorry that it took so long. I asked if he was her first patient and she told me yes. So we wasted an hour of our time only to be told that he can't be seen because of his insurance. I can't recommend them to anyone because of this. It's been over two weeks now and we still haven't heard anything back. I called last week and they put me on hold only to then "accidentally" hang up on me. When I called back noone answered the phone. So sad. I'll be going else where from now on.
Caring and courteous care been personal experience.
Very accommodating. They all truly care about your well being! The dentist even personally called me a couple days after pulling my wisdom teeth to make sure I was doing ok.
Exceptional people working here, from the receptionist to the dentist, extremely happy with my visits here!
