High level of customer service. Repairs were made efficiently and the staff are very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend Sullivan RV for service.
The people at Sullivan RV were very friendly and helpful. Jess was assigned to try and diagnose my leveling system issue. Jess tried everything to find the issues, but to no avail. He came out and talked with me every step of the way. He then diagnosed and solved a problem that the factory left undone during a previous visit to the factory. Great job at a reasonable price.
To all the employees at Sullivan, we would like to say a big thank you for the excellent service we received today. The service center was on time….the technician was excellent and pleasant and informed us of each step he was taking. All of the employees we encountered during the morning were so friendly. Not only are we thrilled to get our coach back on the road which can be attributed to the great service, but in addition, a business that treats their customers well is worth the drive to Decatur.
Drove from San Diego to get service done at the Fleetwood factory. Was sent to Sullivan and am really glad I was. Had six items to be adressed and they were able to get all of the items fixed in six hours and get us back on the road. I really wish that they were closer to my home so I could have my regular service here. I will go out of my way in the future to have service done here if we are driving through. I highly recommend this dealer.
Derek and the crew at Sullivan were simply wonderful. We had a crazy issue and Derek diagnosed it promptly and we are back on the road again. Love this place and wouldn't go to any other!
